INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

International customers may select one of two shipping options:

  • FedEx: 1 to 2 weeks estimated delivery.

When placing an order, international customers agree to the following Terms of Agreement and Policies:

  • We do not offer refunds or exchanges of any kind on any orders shipped internationally.
  • We are not responsible for packages held by Customs.
  •  We abide by all Customs Rules and Regulations and make every effort to review updated Custom Laws.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to be aware of and abide by all laws pertaining to the importing of materials purchased on our sites.
  • We charge customers for any fees incurred for refused shipments.
  • We don’t pay International Duty Taxes and any incurred Duty Taxes will be charged back to the customer.
  • We do not devalue the Cost of Goods.
  • We are not liable for shipments sent overseas via a third party located in the United States.
  • Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to process.
  • International orders will not ship until all items are in stock in our warehouse.
  • We reserve the right, with or without prior notice to you, to change these Terms of Agreement at any time. You are responsible for regularly reviewing these Terms and your continued use of our website(s) constitutes your agreement to all such Terms of Agreement.

Misshipped items
If you receive an incorrect item or format, DO NOT OPEN IT - we will not accept items accidentally shipped to you if you have opened them. You must contact us within 30 days to receive a return authorization (R.A.). We will gladly replace it with the correct merchandise. (We will not replace it with a different title, and any item returned to us without an R.A. is subject to a $10 restocking fee.)

Missing shipments
If you do not receive your order within three weeks we will gladly reship your order. No refunds or exchanges are permitted. If your order was shipped via FedEx/UPS and confirmed as delivered, we will trace the package before we ship a replacement.

REGION CODING

We only sell Region 1, NTSC formatted products.
We do not sell PAL formatted products.
